Business Challenge: National Telecommunications Company with 400+ retail stores. Provide the small to medium business consumer a centre within the retail store that provides specific product and services information and purchasing options, all on-site.
Concept:
Small business consumer can go to local retail store and specifically to the business centre kiosk, interact with touch screen displays to learn more about products and services, do product comparisons, review service and plan rates, and ultimately make a purchase with little sales rep intervention. All wireless handheld products are displayed on a shelf within the kiosk and when they are picked up by the consumer, specific information on that product is picked up off the shelf the display screen splits in half and both product specifications features are displayed. Once the consumer has made a product decision, targeted promotional content is displayed with pricing with related peripherals and bundled service specials. The consumer can then make a purchase within the kiosk POS terminal.
ADFLOW Solution: Self-Service interactive kiosk centre with 26" touch screens, RFID tagged wireless devices, and POS station. Interactive content is also included and is easily broadcast remotely to all kiosks across the country via ADFLOW content management software.
Business Goals: More effectively and effectively inform and sell wireless products and services to business consumer within their retail channel.
