Training and Ongoing Support

ADFLOW Networks DMS technology is easy to use and does not require a team of IT specialists to handle. Our system is accessible from any computer with Internet access. This means that there is no software to install or maintain. Simply access the ADFLOW customer login and type in your user id and secure password.

Although our application requires zero IT to implement and maintain, the ADFLOW Customer Care Team is always pleased to offer ongoing assistance whenever required. Initial in-person training is provided to all of our customers by our Customer Care Team. Our training documentation provides detailed instructions on operating the ADFLOW application. Step-by-step directions in a straightforward language, along with graphical representations, are easy to follow. In addition, we are continually available to answer client questions and trouble-shoot if necessary.
